Activating Your Service:

Call 877-778-2107 to activate the serivce and to change the phone number.

• Be sure that battery is charged
• Insert the USA SIM chip into the cellular phone
• Turn on your phone
• Start calling

Customer service for your USA T-Mobile prepaid SIM card is available 24 hr./day by dialing 611 from your USA cellular phone. Customer service with your USA SIM card is toll free call.

To change your area code, call the toll-free number supplied with the SIM card.

When calling from the United States with your cellular phone number you will need to dial 011 followed by the country code and phone number.

Adding Talk Time:

Your United States SIM card includes a preloaded 130 minute credit. Refills are available at over 90,000 locations nationwide, including T-Mobile retail stores and authorized dealers including CircleK, Costco, Eckerd, Office Depot, 7-Eleven, Target, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, and more.

To apply a recharge voucher:

• Scratch off the grey protective layer
• Dial *easy from your cellular phone
• Follow the voice prompts to enter the voucher code

You can also refill your account via phone using a credit card, debit card, or checking account. Call *TOGO from your T-Mobile To Go phone.

Rates:

Domestic rates are per minute with your prepaid SIM card, anytime, for outgoing AND incoming calls within The United States from your prepaid SIM card while you are in The United States.

Your cellular phone can receive e-mail from any other e-mail address Your e-mail address for your prepaid SIM card will be your 10-digit cell phone number@tmomail.net and all incoming e-mails are free. Outgoing e-mails with your T-Mobile America SIM are 10-cents/domestic message. For more information on this feature call customer care, toll free, at 611 for your prepaid cell phone.

Service Life:

The T-Mobile SIM is initially valid for one month from the date of purchase. You must add airtime voucher at least once once in the first month to maintain the same phone number. Any airtime added will extend the validity of the SIM cards for another 3 months. Failure to reload additional airtime will result in the expiration of your T-Mobile prepaid SIM card and the forfeiture of any remaining airtime.
