Activating Your Service:

Your Cellcom Israel mobile phone number is printed under a bar code on the Cellcom Envelope and begins 052...

To start using your service simply:

• Travel to Israel
• Set your cell phone to the GSM 900/1800 frequency
• Be sure the battery on your international cell phone is charged
• Insert the Israel SIM chip into the cellular phone
• Turn on your phone
• Enter the PIN code
• Start calling

Customer service for your Israel Cellcom prepaid SIM card is available 24 hr./day by dialing *333 at any time from your Israel cellular phone.

When calling overseas from the United States to your Israel cellular phone number callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 972 and then your Israel cell phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero). To call abroad from your Israel cell phone simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number.

Checking Your Credit:
You can check your CREDIT balance anytime:

• Dial *777 from your mobile phone anytime in Israel (this is a free call).
• Follow the voice instructions. It should be in English and Hebrew.

Adding Talk Time:

Your Israel SIM card will include an initial airtime credit to start you off, however, to recharge your Cellcom Israel prepaid SIM card with additional credit you will need to purchase an airtime voucher (not another Israel SIM card). Israel airtime vouchers are available in 50 NIS ($11.50), 100 NIS ($23) and 200 NIS ($46.50) denominations and have codes printed on them. When punched into the keypad of your international cell phone, the voucher code will credit your Israel SIM card with the respective NIS denomination.

Airtime vouchers are available in Israel at most tabac shops, convenience stores and petrol Stations, as well as all authorized Cellcom dealers.

Service Life:

You must add airtime at least once every 12-months to keep your Israel SIM card account active. If no airtime is loaded during this period then your cell phone number will be recycled and any remaining airtime on your Israel SIM will be forfeit.
