Activating Your Service:

You will find you new Cellphone number for Greece on the back of the Greek Prepaid SIM Card package on a sticker with barcodes. Your 10-digit number begins with 69.

• Go to Greece
• Make a call in order to activate service
• You may want to check your credit (see below)

Adding Talk Time:

You may purchase recharge cards at convenience stores, gas stations, at most tobacco stores in 3 different denominations including €9, €15 and €30. Even if you have zero credit, since incoming calls are always free, you will still be able to receive calls.

• Scratch off the protective coating on your card to uncover the recharge code
• Dial 1268 from your mobile at no charge.
• Enter the digits from your recharge card 4 at a time followed by a #. For example, 1234#5678#2345#6789# could be a possible sequence.
• After a successful recharge, you will be given your current balance.

You may dial 1268 from your cell phone at no charge to find out the remaining airtime value of your card, the value of the last outgoing call and the latest date that you did your last recharge.

Voicemail: TIM's Voice Mail Service gives you the opportunity, even when:

• Your mobile phone is turned off or outside coverage
• A call is not answered
• Your line is engaged
• You have activated call divert to your voice mail for all your calls

Service Life:

The initial call time must be used within 365 days from activation, otherwise the usage right will be forfeited. Every purchase of a recharge card extends the service life for an additional 12 months. If do not recharge your Greece SIM card within 12 months your cell phone number will be disconnected. You can also recharge from overseas in order to retain your number provided you are in possession of a recharge card. Recharge cards are available in 3 different denominations including €9, €15 and €30.
