To place an order by e-mail, send in your contact information to orders @ quantumstar.com ( remove spaces when sending email to us ) We will contact you ASAP by phone for your credit card information.

When ordering, please be sure to include:

• The product(s) and total purchase price
• Your name as it appears on your credit card
• Credit card type
• Credit card number
• The CVV number on the back or front of the credit card*
• Expiration date
• Phone number associated with the credit card
• Your work telephone number and name of company
• Shipping address
• Shipping address phone number
• Billing address if different from shipping address and the telephone number of the billing address

* CVV is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit card. For Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards, the three-digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the card's account number. For American Express, the four-digit CVV number is printed on the front of the card above the card account number.
