* Your PIN code is a four digit code located on the PIN/PUK information card that accompanies your SIM card. The PUK is only required to unblock you phone if you enter in a PIN code incorrectly. When calling from the United States to your Global cellular phone number callers will need to dial 011 followed by your United Mobile cell phone number. To make an outgoing call from your global roaming SIM card, simply dial the "+" followed by the country code and phone number. International Roaming Rates: Your United Mobile account is being charged whenever you make or receive a call. The charges depend on the country that you are in when the call is being made. There are three zones, each with different prices per minute (in Eurocents). You can find out which country belongs to which zone and what the charges are in the table below. The charges are not dependent upon time of day or day of the week. Calling an EasyCode number (like your voice mail or the hotline) is charged as a normal voice call OUT. To call from the USA, dial 011- and the number shown on your United Mobile SIM Card. This card is based in Liechtenstein, so all cards begin with the country code, 423. Service Life: Your United Mobile SIM card will remain in good standing so long as you use your airtime credit within 9 months. If you do not do this, the United Mobile SIM card will expire, the phone number will be recycled and all remaining airtime credit will be forfeit. Network: The United Mobile SIM card can roam on multiple networks within a single country. For example, in England there are 5 networks and Italy there are 4 networks. With your United Mobile SIM card, you can actually switch between these networks to get the best/strongest network and your airtime rate always remains the same. This is a GSM thing (thank the Europeans, seriously) and it is a very powerful feature of the United Mobile. So if you're getting a weak signal or having trouble completing an outgoing call, simply switch networks. This will require you to know how to use the Network feature of your cell phone so crack open that manual (if you haven't already thrown it out) and find out where and how to change Networks with your United Mobile card. It only takes a minute to do once you know where this feature on your global phone menu is located.
