Activating Your Service:
The Grenada SIM card is enclosed in an envelope (containing your Grenada Cell Phone number, security PIN and PUK) which is locally referred to in Grenada as a "Flex Pack". Your Grenada Cellular Phone number will begin 1 (473)…. Each Grenada SIM bears the flag of Grenada.
To start using your service simply:
Customer service for your Grenada DigiFlex prepaid SIM card is available 24 hr/day by dialing 100 at any time from your Grenada cellular phone
* Your phone will prompt you for a 4-digit PIN code, which on the welcome letter affixed to your Grenada SIM card. You will be prompted for PIN1. The PUK is only required to unblock you phone if you enter in a PIN code incorrectly. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone.
Adding Talk Time:
Your Grenada Digiflex SIM card has an initial airtime credit of EC$25 ($9) which includes EC$10 preloaded on the SIM and an EC$15 airtime voucher. Additional credit is available through the purchase of airtime or FLEXtime vouchers, as they are referred to locally (not another SIM card), in Grenada. FLEXtime airtime vouchers are available in 4 denominations.
Simply scratch off the gray protective layer to reveal your voucher code. When punched into the keypad of your international cell phone the voucher code will credit your SIM card the respective Zloty denomination you purchased.
Airtime vouchers are available locally, in Grenada, at local Tabac shops, convenience stores, Era shops and authorized dealers.
Remember: Do not purchase another SIM card when your airtime credit is depleted! Your only need a recharge voucher! And your incoming calls are always free even when you run out of airtime.
You can have your remaining airtime credit balance displayed on the LCD of your cell phone by simply dialing *101#
Grenada SIM Card Calling Rates:
Domestic rates are per minute for outgoing calls within St Vincent and the Grenadines from your prepaid Digicel St Vincent and the Grenadines SIM card while you are in St Vincent and the Grenadines. All incoming calls regardless of where they originate are FREE. All calls to access voicemail are free as well.
Making International calls from your world cell phone has never been easier with your prepaid Grenada SIM card. All rates are per minute for international outgoing calls from your Grenada prepaid SIM card within Grenada.
GPRS High Speed Data:
With GPRS you pay for the amount of information you receive and send. Call 145 (or 100) and request GPRS set-up and rates. Digicel will set up the parameters on your phone via SMS.
Service Life:
If you do not recharge your account within 6-months your Mobile phone number will be recycled and any remaining airtime credit will be forfeit. To get connected again you will be required to purchase another SIM card. The 6-month period starts the day you arrive in Grenada.

Cellular coverage in Grenada is excellent, far exceeding typical cellular coverage in the US.
