Activating Your Service in Fiji:
Your Fiji SIM card will provide you with an Fiji cellular phone number. This phone number is printed on the SIM card packaging. To begin using your Fiji SIM card you must do the following:

While in Fiji, customer service is available 24 hr./day by dialing 123 from your mobile phone.
When calling overseas from the United States to your Fiji cell phone number callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code 679 and then your Fiji cell phone number. To call abroad from your Fiji cell phone simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number.
Adding Talk Time:
To credit/add airtime to your Fiji SIM card, you will need to purchase a Vodafone PrePay Recharge Card which you will find available at most convenient stores, tabac shops and petrol stations, conveniently located throughout Fiji.
Once you've obtained the Recharge Card, simply call 132 from your mobile phone and enter the 12 digit number located on the Recharge Card.
When purchasing a Recharge card, make sure you are in fact purchasing a RECHARGE CARD. DO NOT purchase another SIM card.
Fiji SIM Card Talk Rates:
Domestic rates are per minute for domestic outgoing calls within Fiji. All incoming calls regardless of where they originate are free with your Fiji SIM card.
International rates are per minute for international outgoing calls within Fiji from your Fiji SIM card while you are in Fiji. All incoming calls regardless of where they originate are free with your Fiji SIM card.
IDD Rate = Standard International Direct Dial Rate
Service Life:
During the process of activating your SIM (see Activation Service above), you will be told the expiration date of your SIM card. If you do not add additional airtime to your account by this date, your service and any balance will expire. Each recharge extends the validity of the SIM card for 180 days from the date of the recharge.
