To recharge the stored-value SIM card, you can purchase a recharge voucher valued at HK$200 or HK$300 at SmarTone or Extra shops, 7-Eleven and SmarTone authorized dealers. Activate the recharge voucher by dialing 1772 288 from your mobile or use any touch tone phone calling to 3006 2288 in Hong Kong. The recharge value will be loaded to your SIM card instantly.

You may also recharge the card via the ATM of HK Bank and Hang Seng Bank marked with 'Bill Payment Service' or ATM of Jetco marked with 'JetPayment'. The minimum recharge value is $100.

The stored-value SIM will expire 180 days from the activation date with all unused credit being forfeit and non-refundable.

Service Life:

The stored-value SIM will expire 180 days from the activation date with all unused credit being forfeit and non-refundable. The stored-value in your SIM card will be extended another 180 days after the completion of the recharging process with a minimum amount of HK$100 (US$12.80).
