Toshiba Region-free DVD Recorders

Toshiba Region-free DVD recorders will allow viewers to record and playback DVD's from all regions (1-6) and of various formats (PAL & NTSC). Please note that in many cases, you must have a Multisystem TV in order to view all different video standards. If you need to convert from one video standard to another, you will need a Video Converter to display video on a non-multisystem television.
