It is not dependent on the network for it’s operation in the phone, however, it is dependent on a suitable and compatible gateway (generally, but not exclusively, supplied by the network operator) to provide access to Mobile Internet content suitable for display on a WAP-type product.

** Tri-band manual selection available only in tri-band networks and international roaming only where roaming agreements exist. IrDA support may require special separately available software. Internet access dependent on existing computer, CELLect™ modem and Internet and data service provider (all sold separately).
